RETURNS
We accept refunds under the following circumstances:
- The product is still sealed and in original packaging
- The product has not been used or worn
- The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
- The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)
- Terms & conditions of returns:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase – we cannot accept returns later than this.
- Products must be returned in original condition & packaging
Unfortunately we cannot refund:
- Postage costs
- Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed
- Gloves with Glove ID
- Products returned after 30 days since purchase
- Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use – latex is a natural material that can experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more
- Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions.
